The College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University undertakes the mission of developing the nursing profession, ensuring its students acquire the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and professional competencies based on scientific, educational, and psychological frameworks, in order to prepare a generation of nurses possessing skill and experience.
The College of Nursing works to improve the academic outcome by advancing teaching and training methods. It pays great attention to applying quality standards and academic accreditation.
It includes branches: Basic Sciences, Mental and Psychiatric Health, Maternal and Newborn Nursing, Adult Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Fundamentals of Nursing, and Pediatric Nursing. For this, it has provided laboratories: Microbiology, Chemistry, and Nursing Skills.
It seeks to build academic and health partnerships, enhance the role of scientific research to prepare nursing staff with effective professional competence in community healthcare, sustain the development and strengthening of educational programs, and enable comprehensive student support.
